Pets Are Inn Customer Survey
Pets Are Inn customers are given the opportunity through a Customer Survey to provide feedback on the services received by their individual Pets Are Inn Franchise. This survey is then forwarded to Pets Are Inn, Inc. National Headquarters located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The customer completes information as to the type of pet (dog, cat, etc.); number of times used the service and where they first heard about Pets Are Inn. They are also given the opportunity to rate: (1) the overall service, (2) the value of the service, (3) was their phone conversation courteous, (4) did their Chauffeur arrive on time for pickup and return, (5) was their Chauffeur courteous & helpful and (6) did they receive sufficient feedback from their pet's Host Family.
In addition, the customer is encouraged to provide comments, questions or suggestions to help us improve our service. The following Testimonials were taken from these comments. In each case, the customer has given permission for Pets Are Inn to use them as a reference. These testimonials are presented exactly as they were written and have not been altered or modified by Pets Are Inn.
