Rates: Dog Rates are based upon the age, size and needs of your pet (we charge extra for puppies that are under 18 months, geriatric, incontinent or diabetic dogs.) Daily rates start at $33/day.
Cats are $22 per day.
Extra charge for transportation and varies by suburb.

He has been with PAI since January, 2005. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.

8 - 11 AM and 3 - 6 PM

Sunday: 4 - 7 PM

Pets are not transported on major holidays

Cancellation Policy: Non Peak Reservations: New customers will automatically forfeit their $50 per pet non-refundable deposit. Notification three business days or less of scheduled pick-up results in a charge of 50% of the total reservation charge.

Peak Time Reservations: The deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your reservation. If the reservation is cancelled three business days of less of scheduled pickup, 100% of the total reservation cost will be due.

Changes in Reservations: There is a $10 adminstrative charge if changes are made three (3) business days or less from scheduled pick-up or drop-off. A charge of $25.00 with less than 24 hours notice will be assessed.

Bio: Ann is a graduate of Minnesota State University-Mankato with a BS In Business Administration. Prior to her involvement with Pets Are Inn, Ann worked for a bank in St. Paul where she was a loan officer and then worked in bank administration. She left the bank to work in sales and sales management with a division of Xerox. Her love of pets and a desire to have her own business lead to a purchase of a franchise. Ann & her husband Jim have been involved with Pets Are Inn since October of 1987. They both have lived in the metro area since 1972. They are on the proud owners of their fourth Miniature Schnauzer, Amy who was born May, 02.

Notes: There is a $50 non-refundable deposit required for each new pet and for each pet during our peak season. Please check with the office for those peak season times. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
