Franchise Owner: The Horn Family: Mike Sr, Ilene and Mike Jr Rates: Our rates for boarding your dogs or cats will be based on age, size, special needs, etc. of your particular dog, cat or other pet. There are separate rates for cats and dogs. We offer all first time clients a 10% discount and reward successful client referrals with a $25 discount on their next boarding. Office Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. Pick up and return 7 days per week all year except on an actual holiday. Hours of Transportation: 9 AM to 5 PM seven days a week Cancellation Policy: $50 Cancellation fee on all reservations Bio: Mike Horn was a State Farm agent in Collier County for 27+ years, his wife, Ilene, was the office Manager and co-owner of the agency. Old Mike and Ilene arrived in Naples in 1978. Mike, Jr. is a Collier County native, born in 1983. They have had both dogs and cats in their family since the early 80's. Notes: Visa, MasterCard, check and cash are all accepted. We have wonderful host families for small, medium and large dogs, young, middle and older ages as well as cats of all ages.
