Cancellation Policy: There is a $50 per pet non-refundable deposit is required for all first-time customers and holiday reservations to confirm and hold your reservation. It is applied to your pet’s stay.

Non-Peak Time Reservation:
Deposit of $50.00 is forfeited if the reservation is cancelled with more than 3 days notice. If the reservation is cancelled with less than 3 business days notice then ½ of the total bill is due.

Peak Time Reservations:
Deposit of $50.00 is forfeited if the reservation is cancelled with more than 3 days notice. If the reservation is cancelled with less than 3 days notice the entire bill is due. Peak time includes the days prior too and just after each major holiday and the summer months

Bio: McKinney/Frisco Pets Are Inn franchise owner since 2005, Lyn Curran has been an animal lover all her life. Growing up, her family had many treasured pets. Lyn continues the tradition with her husband Chris, 2 children, and fur kids, Arkie, Oreo and Baxter. The Curran family has lived in McKinney for 19 years.

Providing peace of mind to pet lovers like her self through the Pets Are Inn system was a golden opportunity when she changed careers after 15 years of serving clients at a human resource services corporation. Being a Pets Are Inn business owner combines her passion for animals and excellence in client satisfaction into a one of its kind service to pet owners in McKinney and Frisco. She holds a B. S. in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.

Notes: Late Fees…
We are here to serve you and your pets. When we have 2 weeks or more notice for your pet's reservations, we do our best work. However, we recognize that sometimes it is impossible for you to know that far ahead about travel plans. To serve you and continue to help those ahead of you, we have found it necessary to charge LATE FEES for processing reservations with short notice.
Fees are:
$10.00 for 3 business days or less notice before pick up/return time.
$25.00 for less than 24 hours notice before pick up/return time.
